iTransitNW Interlocal Agreements
As required by RCW 39.34.040, Valley Transit lists all interstate agreements on the agency website to be publicly viewable. At this time, the only interstate agreements held by Valley Transit are associated with the iTransitNW regional real-time GPS website. At the launch of the project, multiple transit agencies were listed as partners on the base project and contract, superseding the need for a separate interlocal agreement.
Oregon Sovereign Authority
The interlocal agreement with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation/ Kayak Public Transit can be found here.
Idaho Transit Providers
Please note that as of 2022, this project is currently paused for SMART Transit. The interlocal agreement will remain available until or unless the agency formally terminates this project.
